Matthew S. Quinn
Matthew Quinn has extensive experience representing large corporate and professional clients. Mr. Quinn has taken the principal role in complex litigations, with a focus on construction-related matters, including claims of professional malpractice involving leading architectural and engineering firms. He also negotiates and provides advice with respect to agreements relating to the design and construction of major projects, including large office and residential complexes, casinos and public buildings. Mr. Quinn provides general counseling services to clients, advising on business-related matters, insurance issues and employment policies and practices. He has successfully advised and represented clients in connection with issues relating to business formation and ownership transfer, including drafting and negotiating shareholder, partnership, operating and employment agreements. Mr. Quinn has also successfully defended several prominent clients in employment-related litigations, including claims of sexual harassment and discrimination based on gender, age, race and national origin.
Christopher P. McCabe
Christopher P. McCabe has extensive experience representing construction industry clients in connection with complex multi-party design and construction claims in mediations, arbitrations and litigations nationally. Mr. McCabe provides corporate services to the firm’s construction industry clients, including the preparation of shareholder and partnership agreements, agreements relating to the transfer of interests in partnerships and corporations, and employment agreements. He also negotiates and provides advice with respect to agreements relating to the design and construction of projects. Mr. McCabe provides general counseling services advising clients on business-related matters, insurance issues and employment policies and practices. Mr. McCabe’s experience working in his family’s mechanical contracting and real estate development firms provides him with unique insight and expertise in handling construction and real estate related matters.
