Todd J. Desimone

Todd Desimone joined Quinn McCabe LLP in 2007 as an associate, concentrating his practice primarily in construction litigation and general counseling to construction industry clients. Mr. Desimone is involved in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including discovery, motion practice, hearings and trials. Mr. Desimone also has experience in contract drafting and negotiation, including commercial leases.
Prior to joining Quinn McCabe LLP, Mr. Desimone worked for a large, multi-national law firm in New York. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Desimone clerked for the Superior Court of Connecticut, where he assisted trial court judges in researching and drafting decisions on civil matters.
Mr. Desimone received his bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College in 2000 and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review, and as Managing Editor of The Digest. Todd is admitted to the bars of the States of New York and Connecticut and the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
